WinPC-NC Professional with integrated external CPU axis controller meets all requirements for industrial applications and is available on the market for years. Due to the relocation of all time-critical real-time functions to the axis controller, the system runs in a stable mode, is reproducible and totally independent from any system influences or other programs which are running in the background. WinPC-NC is an international well-known system and available in more than 20 languages. In the future we will add additional languages.

For more than 20 years WinPC-NC Professional is successfully employed more than 5000 times world-wide and demonstrates each day reliability and precision in many applications. The included axis controller is available in different designs and optionally expandable by signal adapters, additional input/output modules or an external keypad for comfortable installation. Connection to the Windows PC is made via serial connection cable or by an USB serial adapter. All control tasks are executed reliably and independently.

By the digital input/output card EA160802 which can be optionally used, the existing 5 digital inputs and outputs can be expanded up to 16 inputs, 8 outputs as well as a 0-10V analog output. The inputs and outputs of the EA 160802 card are opto-decoupled for maximum reliability and can be used with 24V level. With the EA160802 card, the axis controller is completed by connector X5 and X6.

Besides the CNCCON S control unit, which is integrated in a standard cabinet, we also provide CNCCON W for the industrial use. On request additional signal levels, difference signals or A/B encoder signals are available. The CNCCON W control units can be easily integrated into the control cabinet.

Requring an all-in-one solution WinPC-NC Professional can also be delivered with the integrated complete control unit CNCMAX which provides stepper motor power stages up to 10 A phase current, switchable socket-outlet and additional potential-free main contacts as well as Emergency Stop buttons. All components are placed in a solid and well-designed steel desk-top casing and can easily be activated. Thus, all components are well-matched and this ensures trouble-free operation.

Digital In-/Output extension card EA160802
The EA160802 digital input/output card is the ideal supplement for all industrial positioning and CNC controllers. In addition to 16 opto-decoupled inputs and 8 opto-decoupled outputs, it offers an additional analogue output with 0-10V. The connection of various switches and sensors, the safe switching of peripheral devices, or the control of a spindle speed with an analogue voltage value, all tasks can be solved comfortably with the help of the add-on card EA160802.The EA160802 add-on card is already included in the axis controllers in the industrial version CNCCON W and in all PC-POSI controllers. For other or older axis controllers, it can be ordered here complete with wiring and mounting material and easily retrofitted yourself. The necessary mounting material is included. When ordering the EA160802 card with a controller, we will install it before delivery. If required, several EA extension cards can be plugged together and used.
