The functions of WinPC-NC USB are comparable to those of the previous version WinPC-NC Economy and runs without integrated LPT port. Thus, this version runs trouble-free on any modern computer, notebook or netbook on a 32bit or 64bit operating system The delivery content of WinPC-NC USB comprises the small USB box ncUSB and the appropriate cable.
In size, the ncUSB box is comparable with a cigarette box and equipped with two LPT pin-compatible ports for connecting the machine. This means full compatibility to any version and it is also possible to replace WinPC-NC Light or Economy for another version.
Motor control is made by the USB module and thus it is quietly independent of Windows and its background processes and programs. Stepping rates are producible up to 80kHz with interpolated movements. Using WinPC-NC USB means best prospects and being ready for the future and independent of PC integrated LPT ports.
Using WinPC-NC USB means no limitations concerning special requirements to the system and it can be used with all currently available versions of the Windows operating systems.
In addition to WinPC-NC USB we also provide version WinPC-NC Professional. This software is ideal for semi-professional tasks and sophisticated jobs in the industrial sector, e. g. flame and plasma cutting, dosing und much more besides. Due to already integrated technology functions any job can precisely be managed. For controlling the axes, the CNCCON axis controller or the CNCMAX complete control unit can be used either for the output of difference signals or A/B encoder signals, control cabinet signals suitable for 24V and 0-10V analog outputs.

The PWM-5V/10V board is designed to convert a 5V PWM signal into an analogue 0-5V or 0-10V signal. The conversion is linear. The analogue signal is needed, for example, to control the frequency converters of speed-controlled spindles or the power electronics of engraving lasers. Due to the many configuration options, the board is also suitable for other projects where a PWM signal has to be converted into a pure analogue signal.The operating status of the board is symbolised by two LEDs. The board is specially designed to be plugged between the CNC control and the CNC electronics of the machine. Most signals, such as clock and direction signals, are connected through from the LPT input to the LPT output. However, the PWM signal can also be connected through one of the connectors.The PWM-5V/10V board is offered without a housing. A DIN rail bracket is optionally available.
