The WinPC-NC NET variant is the latest WinPC-NC variant and has a range of functions comparable to WinPC-NC USB. In addition, WinPC-NC NET contains special technology functions for flame and plasma cutting. In contrast to earlier WinPC-NC variants, the ncNET module supplied is connected either directly to the control computer or via an existing network using a standard Ethernet cable. The robust and interference-resistant connection is particularly suitable for sensitive applications such as flame and plasma cutting or harsh industrial environments.

- External power supply with 5V DC or 12V-36V DC for maximum flexibility and control cabinet voltage.

WinPC-NC can be used on modern computers or notebooks and netbooks with both 32- and 64-bit Windows operating systems without any problems.
The motor control takes place in the ncNET module and is therefore largely independent of Windows and its background processes and programs. With WinPC-NC NET you are ideally equipped for the future and independent of LPT interfaces in the PC or the connection via USB.
WinPC-NC NET offers no restrictions in terms of computer equipment and can be used on all current Windows operating system versions. In addition, WinPC-NC NET is constantly being further developed.
WinPC-NC has been used tens of thousands of times worldwide since 2000 and is constantly being developed and improved, whereby the wishes and suggestions of our users also play a major role for us. The international distribution of WinPC-NC is guaranteed by the more than 20 languages currently available and further languages are in preparation.

The ncNET module requires a separate power supply. This is not included in the scope of delivery. A suitable power supply unit can be ordered as an option. We offer an optional adapterfor mounting the ncNET module on a top-hat rail or mounting plate. You can find it here.
In addition to WinPC-NC NET, we also offer WinPC-NC Professional software for semi-professional and industrial use. With WinPC-NC Professional, demanding applications such as dispensing and many more can be perfectly executed with the already integrated technology functions. With the CNCCON axis controller or the CNCMAX complete controller, differential signals or A/B encoder signals can optionally be output for controlling the axes or 24V-compatible control cabinet signals and a 0-10V analog output can be used.

The sensor 3D-Probe is suitable for use as a 3D probe with WinPC-NC or other control software. With the 3D-Probe, non-planar surfaces can be measured automatically and three-dimensional bodies can be scanned precisely. Further applications are the precise determination of the center of a hole or the probing of the zero point or edges of a workpiece.The probe tip is replaceable and can be reordered individually if required. The probe housing is dust-protected and the probe tip can be mechanically calibrated via three screws.

ncNET Mounting Adapter

The mounting adapter for the ncNET module allows the module to be attached to a din rail / mounting rail or mounting plate. The adapter is robust and stable. Thanks to the precise design, the module is locked in the adapter and cannot be moved. The mounting brackets used for the mounting rail hold firmly on the mounting rail so that installation is possible without end brackets. The mounting brackets can also be removed and the module can be attached to a mounting plate using the adapter and 4 holes.

The PWM-5V/10V board is designed to convert a 5V PWM signal into an analogue 0-5V or 0-10V signal. The conversion is linear. The analogue signal is needed, for example, to control the frequency converters of speed-controlled spindles or the power electronics of engraving lasers. Due to the many configuration options, the board is also suitable for other projects where a PWM signal has to be converted into a pure analogue signal.The operating status of the board is symbolised by two LEDs. The board is specially designed to be plugged between the CNC control and the CNC electronics of the machine. Most signals, such as clock and direction signals, are connected through from the LPT input to the LPT output. However, the PWM signal can also be connected through one of the connectors.The PWM-5V/10V board is offered without a housing. A DIN rail bracket is optionally available.
