Adapter SMC800/1500, for SMC800 and SMC1500 stepper motor drivers
With the SMC800/1500 Adaper, SMC stepper motor drivers can also be controlled with clock and direction interfaces. This makes it possible to control SMC stepper motor drivers with modern and up-to-date WinPC-NC variants such as WinPC-NC USB and WinPC-NC Professional. The SMC800/1500 adapter can easily be plugged in between the WinPC-NC hardware and the SMC stepper motor drivers. The SMC800/1500 adapter also allows you to choose between the step resolutions 200, 400 and 800 steps per revolution. In addition, the freely definable inputs and outputs can be used directly on the adapter on the corresponding screw terminals. There are 5 digital inputs for reference switches, level switches or other sensors. Likewise, 4 digital outputs can be connected to screw terminals. Digital In-/Output extension card EA160802
The EA160802 digital input/output card is the ideal supplement for all industrial positioning and CNC controllers. In addition to 16 opto-decoupled inputs and 8 opto-decoupled outputs, it offers an additional analogue output with 0-10V. The connection of various switches and sensors, the safe switching of peripheral devices, or the control of a spindle speed with an analogue voltage value, all tasks can be solved comfortably with the help of the add-on card EA160802.The EA160802 add-on card is already included in the axis controllers in the industrial version CNCCON W and in all PC-POSI controllers. For other or older axis controllers, it can be ordered here complete with wiring and mounting material and easily retrofitted yourself. The necessary mounting material is included. When ordering the EA160802 card with a controller, we will install it before delivery. If required, several EA extension cards can be plugged together and used. Double Axes board for gantry axes

The double axes board was developed to synchronously control two drive units for one axis direction. With two drives for one axis direction, special care must be taken during the reference run and the necessary alignment of the gantry. The double axes board evaluates a separate reference switch for each drive and aligns the gantry exactly again after the reference run.The board has been specially designed to be plugged in between the CNC control and the CNC electronics of the machine. The signals that are not required are connected through between the LPT input and the LPT output. Due to the many configuration options and the detailed description, the corresponding inputs and outputs on the board can be assigned to the corresponding free input and output pins as desired. The Outbreakboard ASM is the perfect addition for using the input and output signals of WinPC-NC or other stepper motor controllers as switching signals and wiring them directly. PWM-5V/10V board

The PWM-5V/10V board is designed to convert a 5V PWM signal into an analogue 0-5V or 0-10V signal. The conversion is linear. The analogue signal is needed, for example, to control the frequency converters of speed-controlled spindles or the power electronics of engraving lasers. Due to the many configuration options, the board is also suitable for other projects where a PWM signal has to be converted into a pure analogue signal.The operating status of the board is symbolised by two LEDs. The board is specially designed to be plugged between the CNC control and the CNC electronics of the machine. Most signals, such as clock and direction signals, are connected through from the LPT input to the LPT output. However, the PWM signal can also be connected through one of the connectors.The PWM-5V/10V board is offered without a housing. A DIN rail bracket is optionally available.
